Grace is an operations manager with the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation. She has five years of experience working with young people in different capacities, including student body leadership, volunteering in youth-led, youth-focused development programs, and youth-focused research. Grace is also a researcher working in several capacities, contributing to data generation for informing policy and programming that pushes forward the agenda of young people. She works as the research lead at BeRelevant. Grace has worked as a researcher for the Mastercard Foundation and Restless Development's Youth Think Tank, where she contributed to the generation of data on supporting youth entrepreneurs in scaling up their enterprises. She is also a UASID Youth Lead alumni. At Youth Lead, she led a project called Operation Chapamo, a project geared towards increasing youth participation in development, governance, and decision-making. She oversaw research with input from 967 young people on issues they face with governance and youth engagement. She has also worked with the Standard Chartered Foundation and VSO (Volunteer Services Overseas), providing employability training for young people, especially young women and young people with disabilities. Grace has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Copperbelt University. She has received Training in safeguarding from Keeping Children Safe and is a trained Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation Award Leader.
